How washing works at our laundromat, step by step
First time here? No worries, doing laundry here is easier than making coffee. Here is the whole process, from the door to clean clothes.

5 steps
- Buy 3 coins at the machine on the wall. It takes cash and cards. It does not give change, so if you pay in cash, bring the exact amount.
- Put your laundry in the washer and close the door.
- Insert the coins into the slot at the top left of the washer, marked „Za PRANJE ubaci ovde” (insert here for washing).
- Choose the program and temperature.
- Press the green START button. That’s it, you now have 45 minutes for a coffee.
Which program?

The price is the same for all three programs, so pick whatever your laundry needs.
Which temperature?

Our 90 °C is a true 90 °C. To save energy, many home machines never reach a full 90 degrees on their 90 program, and you see the difference best on whites.

A few tips
- Empty your pockets. One forgotten tissue can “decorate” the whole load.
- Shake off coarse dirt before washing: mud, sand, pet hair, crumbs. The machine washes laundry, it doesn’t clean the yard, and all of that would stay in the drum for the next person.
- Don’t overload the machine. Laundry needs room to move. For scale: by volume, 10 kg is roughly two double duvets.
- Don’t add your own detergent. The machine doses it automatically, and a double dose means lots of foam and poorer rinsing.
- Take your laundry out as soon as the wash ends, so it doesn’t sit damp in the machine.
